This week was supposed to be incredibly less busy.
It wasn't.
Registration for courses for next semester opened next week, and after a technical difficulty getting into the final course needed for one of my minors, I am enrolled. I still have one more class to add, but this takes a large pressure off. After 4 years of wandering and finding myself upon a major and 3 minors (I say this, but I have very few fall through courses), everything fits.
Speaking of my major: I love Communication Studies. After the whole anxieties from the beginning of the year that I wasted my time, I am finally confident in my choice. That being said, I still get to choose what I want to pursue for a Master's degree. CSPA? Communications? And recently, MBA has been plugged into my mind. We'll see.
Next up: This week, one of my organizations registration deadlines occurred, so there was a mass amount of individuals contacting me. This is always okay and great to meet new members, but revealed that we were not receiving updates (and in turn contacting) new members for the organization as we had been earlier in the semester. This lead me to be curious and look at how many members we did have join this semester. 178. This is insane, and there are still more coming in. But we have reached out to all of these members via their message box on the website, so we are hopeful for a great turnout this semester.
A final point: I now have an Honors Advisor! This is the final class that I need to enroll in, so having this and also knowing what I want to do with the project is a massive step forward!
That's it. Time to buckle down to tackle some projects.
